「South Park:The Stick of Truth」の続編。

Coon and Friends の一員となって、犯罪はびこる South Park の「大事なところ」を守ろう！
自警団 Coon and Friends の中心人物 Coon はアライグマの能力を兼ね備えたスーパーヒーロー。その正体は Eric Cartman だ。

主人公は South Park にやってきたばかりの小学生。
仲間のヒーロー Mysterion、Toolshed、Human Kite、およびその他たくさんのちびっ子たちと協力しながら悪に立ち向かおう。

Coon と力を合わせて史上最強のチームを作り上げよう。
